Senior Growth Specialist

BUGATCHI's Montreal office is looking for a Senior Growth & Engagement Manager. This role will shape how a discerning global audience discovers, engages with, and returns to a brand defined by craftsmanship and contemporary elegance. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and brand stewardship — crafting data-driven strategies that drive growth while honoring the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and refined aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Leadership

  1. Define and execute a holistic growth strategy that balances brand equity with performance efficiency.
  2. Develop full-funnel programs across paid, owned, and earned channels to attract and retain discerning clientele.
  3. Partner with leadership to forecast growth KPIs, optimize media investments, and uphold margin discipline.

Digital Acquisition & Performance Marketing

  1. Lead paid media across Meta, Google, Criteo, and programmatic platforms, curating content and audiences that reflect the sophistication of the brand.
  2. Define and execute an affiliate marketing strategy that leverages content creator and influencer partnerships to elevate visibility within aspirational and high-value segments.
  3. Manage performance budgets with a strategic focus on long-term brand health, not just short-term efficiency.

Client Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

  1. Oversee CRM, email, and SMS strategies that nurture client relationships through personalization, storytelling, and timing.
  2. Build lifecycle journeys that reflect the rhythm of the luxury retail calendar — from capsule launches to bespoke services.
  3. Design loyalty and clientele programs that deepen engagement and encourage brand advocacy.

E-commerce & Experience Optimization

  1. Collaborate with eCommerce and Creative teams to enhance site experience, elevating storytelling while improving conversion.
  2. Optimize landing pages, PDPs, and checkout flows through A/B testing — ensuring every touchpoint reinforces brand craftsmanship and service excellence.
  3. Support retail and omni-channel integration, driving qualified traffic and measurable store impact.

Data, Insights & Innovation

  1. Maintain advanced analytics and attribution systems to track performance, LTV, and incremental impact across channels.
  2. Translate insights into actionable growth initiatives that inform creative, merchandising, and audience strategy.
  3. Stay ahead of digital trends, luxury retail behaviors, and technology that redefine the client experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Partner closely with Brand, Merchandising, Creative, and Retail teams to ensure a unified voice across every channel.
  2. Brief and guide creative assets for growth campaigns that maintain brand refinement and aesthetic integrity.
  3. Lead agency and vendor relationships, ensuring execution meets both performance and luxury standards.

Qualifications:

  1. 5–8+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally within luxury fashion, premium retail, or high-end DTC.
  2. Proven experience scaling digital revenue while protecting brand equity and client experience.
  3. Expertise in paid social, search, CRM, and eCommerce performance with a refined creative eye.
  4. Strong analytical capability — fluency in GA4, Looker, SQL, attribution modeling, and financial forecasting.
  5. Deep appreciation for luxury storytelling and the nuances of high-value clientele.
  6. Excellent collaboration and communication skills; adept at influencing cross-functional teams.
