As Senior Advisor, Growth and Implementation, you will play a key role in coordinating and accelerating cross-selling initiatives in collaboration with business units and the Global Client Experience sector, in a matrix environment focused on results.

What you'll accomplish with us

As Senior Advisor, Growth and Implementation, you will be at the center of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business unit leaders and stakeholders to execute client growth initiatives and ensure consistent implementation in a matrix environment.

  • Clarify opportunities, needs, and success factors for each initiative to align objectives.

  • Organize meetings and workshops with experts to define and present business objectives and requirements.

  • Produce an overview of projects and prepare clear, concise progress reports for governance bodies and senior management.

  • Act as a catalyst for change to accelerate the delivery of a comprehensive offer to clients.

  • Oversee the production, delivery, and quality of deliverables related to growth projects, ensuring compliance.

  • Demonstrates strong ability to work in a matrix environment with diverse stakeholders.

  • Is recognized for their results-oriented mindset and growth focus, influential leadership, critical thinking, creativity, and ability to navigate complex environments.

  • Has a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally coordinating growth initiatives in marketing or sales.

  • Holds a university degree in administration, marketing, or a related field (required).

  • Possesses excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of English, as the role requires using English daily, delivering inter-team presentations, and interacting daily with unilingual English-speaking employees.

  • Advanced knowledge of French, as the role requires using French daily, delivering inter-team presentations, and interacting daily with unilingual French-speaking employees.
