Job Overview

Newgen Cleaning Services is expanding in Calgary, and we are looking for reliable and experienced cleaning subcontractors to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled cleaning tasks (regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, carpet cleaning, post-construction cleaning, etc.)
  • Follow required checklists and standards
  • Provide timely updates and maintain good customer relations
  • Ensure quality and consistency in every job

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance, commercial cleaning, or custodial work preferred
  • Must have your own cleaning materials
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively
  • Good physical stamina for extended periods of standing, bending, or lifting during work shifts
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently on multiple projects
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and quality service
