What You’ll Do
- Residential deep cleans, move-in/move-outs, and post-reno cleanups
- Work in small teams of 2-3 cleaners
- Follow structured daily schedules and quality standards
- Deliver outstanding service to our amazing clients

**Position details**:

- Full-time only (Mon-Fri, 7:45 AM-4:00 PM; hours may slightly vary)
- Starting wage**:$20/hr**, raised to **$22/hr after 90 days probation**:

- **$15/hr driving time** + **$0.70/km mileage reimbursement**:

- Average semi-monthly pay**:$1,200-$1,700+**:

- All **tips** are yours **(≈$2,100/year**average)
- Official employment with T4 (no subcontractors)

What You Bring
- Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s license
- Smartphone with data (for apps)
- Clean criminal record
- Physically fit (lift 25 lbs, bend, kneel, twist)
- English proficiency in reading/writing/speaking
- Respectful, responsible, and self-aware
- Works well with diverse teams
- Cleaning experience helpful, not required
