Full Time Warehouse Employee

Duties:

- Perform various warehouse duties such as receiving, sorting, storing, and distributing materials

- Operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks to move and transport materials

- Package products for shipment and ensure they are properly labeled and documented

- Build and assemble products according to specifications and quality standards

  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

-Count and label inventory

-Pick orders and pack the orders for customers

-Assist with unloading the containers when they arrive on site

- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and maintain accurate records

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred

- Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as pallet jacks

- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment is preferred

- Ability to perform heavy lifting

- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes

- Experience with order picking using handheld scanners or other technology

-Lift 50lbs-80lbs

-Forklift experience is an asset

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory effectively

  • Class 5 Licence (preferred)
