Restaurant General Manager
to lead its front-of-house operations and overall guest experience. Description

  • Lead all aspects of front-of-house operations, ensuring flawless service execution and an exceptional guest journey.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing service team, fostering professionalism, engagement, and continuous growth.
  • Maintain strong alignment between FOH and BOH leadership to uphold consistent standards and a unified guest experience.
  • Oversee reservation management, guest relations, service protocols, and staff training programs.
  • Manage budgets, labour efficiencies, and operational performance with a focus on long-term sustainability.
  • Drive service innovation through special events, curated experiences, and seasonal program enhancements.
  • Uphold the restaurant's reputation by maintaining an elevated service environment rooted in hospitality, refinement, and authenticity.

Requirements

  • A seasoned hospitality professional with demonstrated success in fine dining or luxury restaurant environments.
  • Passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences with strong attention to detail and service flow.
  • An inspiring leader with the ability to build trust, coach teams, and cultivate a positive, performance-driven culture.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing labour, budgets, and operational costs.
