Position:
Contributor for AI Research Initiative

Type:

Compensation:
$35–$50/hour
Role Responsibilities

  • Evaluate pairs of AI-generated responses to identify which better demonstrates therapeutic qualities.
  • Assess responses for empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuineness.
  • Provide rewritten responses when both fall short, ensuring strong therapeutic communication.
  • Influence the development of safer, more supportive AI mental-health tools.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet project goals.

Qualifications
Must-Have

  • Experience in evaluating conversational models.
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic communication principles.
