Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our team. In this role, you will oversee the full operations of the store, including sales performance, customer service, staff management, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, and a genuine commitment to creating outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
  • Monitor sales performance and work toward achieving revenue goals
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Conduct performance reviews and offer coaching and feedback
  • Develop strategies to increase sales, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory levels, reduce shrinkage, and ensure accurate stock counts
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system
  • Handle cash management and maintain till accuracy
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the wireless telecommunications industry
  • Previous experience as a Retail Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques and customer service standards
  • Experience using POS systems and other retail-related software
  • Ability to manage cash transactions accurately
  • Familiarity with inventory control methods
  • Experience conducting interviews and onboarding staff
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
