Role Overview: 

As a Lead Specialist at CPP Clinics, you will play a pivotal role in converting leads into bookings through outbound calling initiatives. You will be a key member of our team, supporting multiple medspas under the CPP umbrella. This role will involve piloting a centralized customer contact center, collaborating closely with the CRM lead to develop and implement automations, processes, and training strategies. Additionally, you will support patient acquisition and retention efforts, ensuring an exceptional experience for new patients while maintaining operational excellence. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Outbound Calling: Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective clients, engaging them in conversations about our services and guiding them through the booking process. 
  • Lead Conversion: Effectively communicate the value proposition of CPP Clinics and our range of medical aesthetics treatments to potential clients, with the goal of converting leads into bookings. 
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with leads, providing personalized assistance and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. 
  • Inbound Communication: Manage inbound inquiries via telephone, web, and email, providing information and support to potential clients. 
  • Consultative Selling: Educate patients about CPP Clinics' services, overcoming objections and providing a "white glove" experience before they visit our clinics. 
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm consultation and treatment appointments, ensuring efficient clinic operations. 
  • Data Management: Accurately record and maintain lead information, appointment details, and other relevant data in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track outbound calling metrics and performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. 
  • Training Support: Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and resources for customer contact center staff, ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the CRM lead to pilot and optimize a centralized customer contact center, contributing insights and feedback to enhance processes and strategies. 

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with leads and build rapport. 
  • Interest in medical aesthetics and a willingness to learn about our services and treatments. 
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving processes and technologies. 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite is an asset. 
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet individual sales metrics. 
  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
