Job Description:

Business Associate to join our Microsoft Dynamics CRM team. The candidate will assist the CRM implementation/support team, manage day-to-day coordination, and serve as a key liaison between the technical team and customers. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Coordination

Act as the first point of contact for customer queries related to Dynamics CRM support. Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Capture, document, and track customer requirements, enhancements, and feedback. Schedule and facilitate regular customer calls, status updates, and reviews.

Team Support & Administration

Assist project managers and CRM consultants in planning and executing tasks. Maintain project documentation, ticketing systems, and issue logs. Track SLAs and escalate issues when necessary to ensure compliance. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and customer stakeholders.

CRM Knowledge & Support

Understand the basic functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing modules). Support basic configuration and data entry/cleanup within Dynamics CRM as needed. Assist in testing new CRM features or enhancements before release. Document and update user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.

Process & Quality Assurance

Ensure adherence to company and customer processes, policies, and quality standards. Identify gaps or improvement opportunities in service delivery processes.
