FMP is seeking a proactive and analytical Business Operations Analyst to join our team. This role acts as a bridge between our Sales, Marketing, and Market Data teams, with a core focus on identifying business opportunities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering actionable insights through advanced dashboards and reporting. You will play a central role supporting strategic growth, optimizing processes, and enabling smarter decisions with data.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance business operations dashboards, metrics, and performance reports to support ongoing decision-making.​
• Streamline and automate business operations processes by identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.​
• Perform ad hoc data analysis and deliver actionable recommendations to optimize business performance or solve operational issues.​
• Gather business requirements and support the implementation of analytics tools and new data-driven products.​
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across business functions, working closely with Market Data, Risk, and Compliance.​
• Maintain thorough documentation of workflows, reporting processes, and compliance checks.​
• Communicate complex data findings and strategic recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders, supporting smarter, data-driven decisions.​
• Continuously expand business and product knowledge to anticipate future analytics needs and contribute to business strategy.​

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, automation, and pivot tables).​
• Experience with Tableau, Retool, or other data visualization and reporting tools.​
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, able to turn raw data into clear insights and solutions.​
• Experience with business intelligence and translating operational data into actionable strategies.​
• Familiarity with compliance standards, especially for financial or fintech operations.​
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate complex analytics for diverse audiences.​
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills in rapidly changing environments.​
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to manage competing priorities and ad hoc requests.​
