Company Description

Noam Hazan Architecture + Design is a creative studio dedicated to exploring the boundaries of design through a multi-disciplinary approach. Our studio embraces innovative thinking and is currently immersed in mostly residential projects ranging from luxury custom homes, rental apartments and a hotel.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead interiors across phases:
    concept, schematic, design development, tender/IFC
    .
  • Craft
    client presentations
    that clearly communicate design intent and tell a story.
  • Produce detailed
    millwork drawings
    , interior elevations, and schedules.
  • Source and specify
    finishes, fixtures, lighting, furniture, and hardware (FF&E).
  • Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, and consultants; manage samples and approvals.
  • Review shop drawings; support site coordination and
    quality control during construction
    .
  • Maintain documentation:
    spec books, finish schedules, door/hardware, plumbing & lighting
    .
  • Contribute to studio standards—details, libraries, palettes, and internal best practices.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • 3–6 years
    of professional interior design experience (residential or multi-residential preferred).
  • Strong technical skill set:
    AutoCAD or Revit
    , SketchUp, Adobe CC (InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator).
  • Proven ability to produce
    millwork/details
    and coordinate consultant information.
  • Confident presenter with excellent verbal, visual, and written communication.
  • Resourceful product knowledge across
    finishes, lighting, plumbing, hardware, and furniture
    .
  • Organized and proactive: you manage timelines, handle feedback, and keep packages moving.
  • Working knowledge of
    Ontario codes/standards
    and permitting is an asset.
