This includes maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking deliveries and material movement, following up on discrepancies, and supporting purchasing of small parts, consumables, and site materials.
The role also provides administrative support within the SAP system and related procurement tools — including creation of purchase requisitions, goods receipts, and basic data entry — ensuring transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with internal processes.
Working closely with the site teams, and the Procurement department, this position helps improve visibility, control, and efficiency in the flow of materials across all sites, while demonstrating IREN's Vision, Mission, and Core Values.

- Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and vendors.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic site environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in construction, utilities, or industrial project environments.
- Understanding of basic procure-to-pay processes.
- Experience supporting or troubleshooting simple SAP transactions (requisitions, goods receipts, etc.).
- Interest in developing a career in supply chain or procurement operations.

- Help process small part and consumable orders for site teams.
- Obtain quotes from approved suppliers and track order status.
- Follow up on deliveries and liaise with suppliers on minor order or invoice issues.
- Maintain accurate tracking logs and ensure compliance with procurement procedures.

- Support SAP data accuracy through proper entry and updates of materials and requisitions.
- Assist in identifying and resolving common SAP issues for site users in coordination with the Procurement or AP teams.
- Contribute to the implementation of new inventory management tools or reporting templates.
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements to inventory and procurement workflows.
