We are seeking a Property Manager
to oversee the management and administration of a
Syndicate of Co-ownership
. This role is focused on the efficient operation, maintenance, and financial oversight of the property, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing exceptional service to co-owners.

Responsibilities
- Administration & Governance:
- Enforce co-ownership bylaws and regulations.
- Coordinate and attend board meetings and general assemblies.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups on action items.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and oversee annual budgets and financial planning.
- Monitor expenses, reserve funds, and operating accounts.
- Coordinate with accountants for financial reporting and tax filings.
- Manage collection of fees and ensure timely payments of invoices.
- Building Maintenance & Operations:
- Oversee maintenance schedules, repairs, and service contracts.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper upkeep of common areas.
- Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Resident Relations & Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for co-owners.
- Address inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Provide regular updates and notices to residents regarding property matters.
- Legal & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local condominium laws and regulations.
- Handle insurance policies, claims, and risk management.
- Assist with legal matters related to the co-ownership.
Qualifications & Skills
- Property management experience, preferably in a condominium is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate and condominium laws.
- Financial management skills, including budgeting and expense tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle conflict resolution and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual (English and French) is an asset.
- Certification in property management) is a plus.
