Who we are looking for:
The Performance Management Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the organization's performance management framework. This role ensures alignment between individual, team, and organizational goals, promotes a high-performance culture, and enables managers and employees to achieve measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage the organization's performance management strategy and annual performance cycles.
- Assess and analyze each employee's performance data to identify strengths and areas of improvement and develop a performance improvement plan accordingly.
- Develop and maintain KPIs for each department aligned with business objectives.
- Lead performance review processes, including quarterly and annual evaluations.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees either by conducting one on one meetings or during their quarterly and annual reviews.
- Train managers on effective performance conversations, feedback, and development planning.
- Analyze performance data and trends; provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Integrate performance outcomes with learning, development, succession planning, and rewards.
- Ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance in performance evaluation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in managing a team of 10-20 employees will be an asset.
- Should have exceptionally good administrative skills.
- Should be a self- starter and very organized.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Experience in training development and employee relations is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with developing people in leadership roles.
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Analytical skills with a strategic mindset for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Resourceful and organized with excellent time management abilities.
- High level of emotional intelligence, patience and integrity.
