MilestoneTeachers just launched this week — a new education platform designed to help schools deliver strong instruction while reducing teacher prep time. We support K–8 educators with structured learning supports and classroom-ready resources, with both Literacy and Math pathways.

We're hiring an Educational Consultant to lead school outreach and implementation. You'll be the person meeting with schools, following up on leads, running demos, supporting onboarding, and delivering training/PD so educators can successfully adopt the platform.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Educational Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in guiding prospective schools and educators through the discovery, onboarding, and implementation process. This position offers an opportunity to leverage your expertise in education, communication, and analysis to support institutional goals and educator success.

You will be responsible for:

• Contacting and qualifying school leads
• Booking and running school meetings, demos, and trials
• Supporting implementation and adoption
• Delivering teacher training and professional development (PD)
• Acting as a trusted partner to administrators and educators

This role is essential in building strong relationships with schools while promoting our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging presentations and platform demos for school teams, administrators, and educators (virtual and/or in-person).
• Contact inbound and outbound leads, schedule meetings, manage follow-ups, and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Meet with schools to understand needs, map solutions, and recommend implementation plans.
• Lead onboarding and training, including PD sessions (live, recorded, and/or workshop-style).
• Support school partners during adoption (implementation check-ins, Q&A, troubleshooting, usage goals).
• Analyze educator/school usage data and feedback to make recommendations that improve outcomes and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate outreach events, demos, onboarding timelines, and customer success initiatives.
• Maintain clear documentation and CRM notes for all accounts, meetings, and action items.
• Stay current on platform updates, implementation best practices, and trends in K–8 education.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in public speaking, teaching, coaching, training, or educational consulting.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Comfort working with school stakeholders (teachers, administrators, district staff).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Analytical mindset—able to interpret usage data, feedback, and school needs for strategic decision-making.
• Experience with interviewing, recruiting, sales, partnerships, or customer success is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with student information systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Ellucian) is beneficial, but not required.
• Background in K–8 education, curriculum, instructional coaching, or leadership is advantageous.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience delivering Professional Development (PD) or training workshops.
• Experience with edtech adoption, school implementations, or district partnerships.
• Knowledge of Ontario curriculum or North American K–8 standards (helpful, not mandatory).
