Serene Pathway Therapy
is a warm, growing psychotherapy practice serving individuals, couples, and families across Ontario. We are currently seeking an experienced
Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
with a strong focus on
couples therapy
, and ideally
training in EMDR Therapy
, to join our collaborative and values-driven team.

We are a clinician-centered practice that prioritizes quality care, ethical practice, and meaningful therapeutic relationships. Our therapists work with clients navigating relationship challenges, trauma, communication breakdowns, attachment injuries, and life transitions, within a supportive and well-resourced environment.

What We're Looking For


• Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field


•
Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in good standing with the CRPO


• Clinical experience in couples and relationship therapy (Gottman, EFT, or similar models)


• EMDR-trained with experience integrating trauma-informed approaches


• Strengths in working with attachment, communication, and relational repair


• Experience with children or teens is an asset


• Professional, self-directed, and aligned with ethical and evidence-based care

Qualifications


• Registration with the CRPO


• Minimum 2 years of post-registration experience preferred


• Professional liability insurance (including cybersecurity protection)


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Comfortable providing virtual therapy (JaneApp platform)
