What You'll Do- Welcome patients and build meaningful, long-lasting relationships
- Review and present treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Discuss financial options, insurance breakdowns, and payment arrangements
- Support the clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Follow up on pending treatments with empathy and professionalism
- Help maintain accurate records and stay aligned with clinic protocols
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience every single day
- Experience in a dental or medical office is an asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A calm, confident presence — especially when discussing treatment and financials
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative, supportive team
