Job Overview

Join our dynamic bakery team as a Laborer and be a vital contributor to our bakery production In this energetic role, you will assist with a wide range of tasks from using industrial bakery equipment, learning new skills, and packaging bakery items. Your hands-on work will support our production line ensure a smooth baking process, and work efficiently. Duties

  • Assist with the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
  • Operate industrial baking machines and equipment, and heavy equipment under supervision to support various other activities.
  • Support tasks within the production line such as packaging, feeding baking equipment, and general labour on sitE.

Experience

  • Prior experience working in baking sites or in related manual labor roles is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the baking field is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and maintain a clean work environment is essential.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday are necessary for success.
