We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Interlock Labourer and Interlock Installer to join our team for ongoing projects.

Job Description:

As an Interlock Labourer and Interlock Installer, you will be responsible for installing interlocking stone and pavers for a variety of residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with our project managers and lead installers to ensure that all work is completed according to design specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Install interlocking stone and pavers for driveways, patios, walkways, and other outdoor spaces.
  • Prepare project sites, including excavation, grading, and ensuring proper base materials are used.
  • Follow all project specifications and plans to deliver quality results.
  • Work effectively with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Handle and install materials with care to avoid damage and ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Communicate any issues or concerns with the project manager or client in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in interlock and paver installation.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Own tools and equipment for interlock installation.
  • Insurance and WSIB coverage (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with commercial and residential interlock projects.
  • Familiarity with landscape design concepts and installation techniques.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once and work in a fast-paced environment.
