Responsibilities

If you love coordinating the day-to-day activities and operations of projects within the scope of an Site Supervisor, inspecting construction work for compliance, supervising construction crews, maintaining a safe site, tracking progress and watching your career grow and develop, then this job will definitely suit you. If you have experience and understanding of projects in their wood framed townhomes and stacked construction this will be the perfect role for you.

Our client is an established and well-respected builder/developer that is currently sourcing for an experienced, hands-on and operationally focused Site Supervisor with low-rise residential and stacked townhome experience to join their outstanding self-performing construction team.

The company has a successful, reputable and proven track record in the residential construction industry and is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who can hit the ground running on this project. You will also be a key player in a well-organized construction team that takes pride in its performance and respects their employees.

In return for your experience you would be generously compensated with a full-time position, salary, paid vacation and full benefits.
