We are currently looking for a candidate to join our trucking team, this is a full time position. We are looking for the following position(s):

*Class 1 Heavy Equipment Hauler

Must possess the following:

**MUST HAVE ABILITY TO LOAD HEAVY EQUIPMENT. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT POSSESS THESE OUALIFICATIONS. APPLICANT MUST POSSESS CLASS 1 LICENSE**

  • Valid Class 1 license with air ticket
  • Clean 5 year driver abstract with no suspensions
  • Heavy equipment experience - loading and unloading
  • Loading and chaining down, and transporting equipment on a low boy
  • Must have experience with flat deck trailers
  • Mechanical aptitude and multiple field tickets an asset
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Liaises with dispatch to determine daily work assignments
  • Minimum 2 years' experience hauling heavy equipment
  • Operate assigned unit in a safe manner, carrying our assigned duties
  • Excellent knowledge of city and surrounding areas
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • CSTS 2020 is required
  • Have an active email address
  • Experience doing proper pre-trip inspections
  • Must have a cell phone with data
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Reliable and a positive attitude
  • Perform daily vehicle inspection for all fluid levels on truck as well as inspect for leaks and damage to vehicle before operation.
  • Responsible for daily maintenance of vehicle to remain in proper and safe working order.
  • Responsible for notifying supervisor if vehicle needs to be repaired.
  • Completing daily safety paperwork.
  • Drive in all types of weather conditions.

Pay: $34.00-$38.00 per hour
