Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers, helping them find the products that best meet their needs. This role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment where you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional service, and maintaining an organized store.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist.
  • Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
  • Maintain store merchandising standards to ensure an appealing shopping experience.
  • Upsell products and recommending additional items.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring that products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.

Job Type: Part-time
