Dental Administrator
on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and organized Administrative Assistant to support all aspects of treatment in our general office. This role is essential to daily operations and includes scheduling, patient coordination, billing and insurance, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for patients and staff. This is a temporary position - potentially turning into permanent.

  • 4 days a week - no weekends

SCHEDULE:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday
  • Jan 6th to up to March 4th (potentially ending a week or two earlier or possibly even turning into full time permanent)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • At least 1 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
