Role Description

This full-time on-site Estimator role is based in Calgary, AB. The Estimator will be responsible for assessing and preparing accurate estimates for vehicle repairs, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear communication with clients and team members. Daily tasks include calculating repair costs, consulting with technicians, ensuring proper documentation, and monitoring repairs to ensure quality standards are upheld. The Estimator plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the integrity of repair work performed.

Qualifications

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills to prepare accurate repair estimates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions and teamwork
  • Knowledge of automotive repair processes and industry standards
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in computer systems and related estimating software
  • Prior experience in an automotive repair or estimating role preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members in an on-site setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive repair or estimating are a plus
