Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Kitchen Manager in leading the kitchen team, ensuring exceptional food quality and efficient operations during regular service and special events.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency across the menu.
  • Mentor and inspire team members, fostering an environment that promotes growth, respect, and collaboration.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance team skills and stay current with culinary trends and innovations.
  • Help manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control to keep kitchen operations running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Support daily kitchen operations alongside the Kitchen Manager, focusing on maintaining high food quality and efficiency while contributing to staff development.
  • Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Who You Are:

  • Culinary Enthusiast: You bring at least 1+ years of experience in a kitchen leadership role, thriving in a high-energy environment.
