Role Summary

We're seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and secure new security contracts. This role offers excellent earning potential through our unique compensation model combining guaranteed monthly salary with 10% of profits from new business you generate.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  2. Identify and research potential clients across target industries

  3. Build pipeline of qualified prospects through cold calling, networking, referrals
  4. Attend industry events and trade shows
  5. Develop relationships with property managers, facility managers, event coordinators

  6. Sales & Contract Acquisition

  7. Conduct client needs assessments and site evaluations

  8. Prepare and present compelling service proposals
  9. Negotiate contract terms and pricing
  10. Close deals and secure signed agreements
  11. Respond to RFPs and tender opportunities

  12. Relationship Management

  13. Maintain ongoing relationships with prospects and clients

  14. Follow up consistently on proposals and quotes
  15. Build network of industry contacts and referral sources
  16. Represent company at networking events and industry functions

  17. Sales Administration

  18. Track all activities in CRM system

  19. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
  20. Coordinate with operations team for service delivery
  21. Ensure smooth handoff of new contracts to operations

QualificationsRequired:

  • 2+ years experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred:

  • Experience in security, facilities management, or related services
  • Existing network in target industries
  • Knowledge of security industry regulations
  • CRM software experience
  • Post-secondary education in business or related field

Compensation Package: Monthly Base Salary$4,000 - $5,500 (based on experience)Profit Share 10% of monthly net profits from new contracts you secure.
