As a Case Manager, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering tailored programs that prioritize safety, wellness, and empowerment. You'll manage client care plans, guide staff development, coordinate crisis response efforts, and ensure regulatory compliance—all while fostering a healthy, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee individualized client care and ensure holistic service delivery.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of staff and trainees.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, staffing, and shift coverage.
- Develop partnerships with community organizations and clinical teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and documentation standards.
- Lead crisis management planning, training, and response.
- Manage budgets, reduce operational risks, and optimize resources.

Requirements:
- Clear criminal record check, vulnerable sector check, and social development check prior to employment.
- A completed post-secondary diploma or degree in a related human services field or a social science (e.g., Social Services, Human Service Counselling, Child and Youth Care, Psychology, or a comparable discipline) or combination of experience and education deemed equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working in the human services field, with direct service delivery to children, families, or vulnerable populations.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience is required, with a demonstrated ability to manage staff, provide coaching, and oversee daily operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), email communication, and cloud-based data management systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with families, colleagues, and community partners.
- Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and adherence to organizational policies and standards.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Clear and Current Driver's Abstract
- Valid vehicle registration and insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 liability coverage.
