Reporting to the Manager, you will be an integral member of our team responsible for deepening and broadening relationships with existing clients from an assigned block of business, in collaboration with associates in wealth management. This role supports our "Team Code" clients and will involve working closely with another advisor and regular collaboration with the rest of the wealth team.What you will do:Business Development:New Business from general servicing, internal referrals, and warm leads (inside sales) - ($15,000 first year revenue 2026 goal)Business retentionMaintain an active pipeline through inside sales activities under own initiativesClient Satisfaction:Prepare for client meetings – generate policy summaries, illustrations/calculators, agendas, other items as requiredComplete General servicing tasks (ex: address changes, beneficiary changes, banking changes) in a timely mannerProactively reach out to clients to review policy or optionsEnsure client satisfaction through annual surveyProductivity and Effectiveness:Ensure the smooth application process through to policy placementMaintain accurate client records, add opportunities, and activities in EpicRisk Management:Adhere to corporate policies & regulatory requirementsEnsure complete client files for own clientsMaintain client KYCs at 60% within the required 3-year time frame required for updatesWork with fund companies and dealer to support client needs and ensure follow-up of requestsManage the client life cycle to ensure consistency of service at CowanContribute to the sharing of knowledge, product updates through our team meetings and with other members of the inside sales teamPerformance Metrics:General servicing timelines 30%KYC (Know your Client) updates in good order (
