Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist at our Vaughan, ON location. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating multi-axis CNC machines, performing machining and milling tasks, and ensuring precision and quality in the manufacturing process. They will also contribute to quality control efforts, conduct machinery inspections, and ensure compliance with all production specifications and safety standards. Collaboration with the production team and maintaining equipment are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Machine Operation and operating CNC machinery
  • Experience with multi-axis Machining and Milling processes
  • Knowledge and application of Quality Control techniques
  • Understanding of Machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative production environment
  • Technical certification or equivalent experience in machining or related field is an asset
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift relevant weights as required
