Our Lead Hand, Service Technicians are the driving force behind our success—the heartbeat of our company. We're looking for skilled, dedicated individuals to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair overhead doors, loading docks, and related equipment
- Complete work orders, inspection sheets, and capture site photos for documentation
- Maintain service equipment and ensure all tools are in safe, working condition
- Adhere to safety regulations and deliver exceptional customer service on every job
- Coordinate and assist team members on complex installations and repairs
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project completion
- Oversee and mentor Service Technician Apprentices, providing guidance and support
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of lead hand, loading docks and commercial overhead doors experience
- Clean, valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools
- Comfortable working at heights
- Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
