Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and print advertising. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative campaigns, leverage data analytics, and contribute to the growth of our brand. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our online presence, optimize marketing efforts, and support sales initiatives through targeted content and advertising.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies utilizing SEO, content marketing, and performance marketing techniques.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Oversee multichannel marketing efforts, integrating email campaigns, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Create compelling content for websites using WordPress, HTML, and copywriting skills to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to develop targeted advertising campaigns for B2B marketing initiatives for an accounting organization.
  • Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve ROI.
  • Design visual assets using the Adobe Creative Suite for digital ads, social media posts, newsletters, and print advertising materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in budgeting for marketing projects and track expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Support the development of e-commerce strategies to increase online sales channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation.
  • Experience with website management using WordPress and basic knowledge of HTML is preferred.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, print advertising, and various advertising sales techniques.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making (Analytics) and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a talent for compelling copywriting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 7 per week
