Responsibilities

- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines throughout the cooking process.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Experience in food service, preferably within a restaurant or kitchen environment.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
