We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Earthworks Field Manager to lead hardscape and excavation projects from start to finish. If you're passionate about skilled trades, enjoy leading teams, and want to make a real impact on high-quality landscaping projects, this is the opportunity for you. This full-time, permanent position is based in Quispamsis, in the beautiful province of New Brunswick.

What You'll Do:

  • Schedule employees to jobsites and prioritize tasks for maximum efficiency.
  • Oversee multiple landscaping and snow removal crews at various locations.
  • Ensure on-time project completion while maintaining safety and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, management, and employees.
  • Maximize profitability through cost control and process improvement.
  • Assist in preparing estimates and contribute to the team's overall success.
  • What We're Looking For:
  • Hands-On experience in Hardscape, Softscape & Excavation projects is required
  • Project management experience in landscaping or related fields
  • Proven ability to lead teams efficiently and safely
  • Skilled in power tools and heavy equipment
  • Technical inspection experience for residential and commercial sites
  • Strong time management, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Organized, reliable, and punctual
