About The Role
We're searching for a Supply Finance Controller / Supply Finance Business Partner who is ready to become an integral part of Reckitt's dedicated finance team. Your expertise will play a vital role in influencing and Partner with Supply and functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, ensure P&L accountability, and oversee logistics, warehousing, and inventory processes. Your responsibilities

• Lead Supply Finance planning, forecasting, and business partnering for Canada.
• Drive margin performance through analytics, portfolio mix reviews, and operational actions.
• Manage supply cost plans, KPI reviews, and spend optimization initiatives.
• Partner with Supply leadership on strategic priorities and cost productivity projects.
• Ensure robust financial reporting, systems, and processes to simplify and support business needs.

The experience we're looking for

• Professional Finance certifications (CA, CPA, CMA, MBA).5–7 years post-qualification experience.
• Highly preferred: Commercial Finance or FP&A experience in CPG industry.
• Strong commercial acumen, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experienced in partnering with executive leadership.
• Holistic P&L understanding and strategic thinking.
• Leadership skills: ability to drive change, communicate effectively, and lead teams.
• Results-oriented, collaborative, and resourceful in a dynamic environment
