About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled
Medical Esthetician/Laser Technician
who is passionate about skin science and body contouring. This is not a traditional spa role; you will be operating medical-grade technology and providing clinical assessments. The ideal candidate is a professional who is as confident in their sales and consultation skills as they are in their technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Consultations:
    Conduct comprehensive skin and body assessments, creating personalized treatment plans that align with our Medical Director's protocols.
  • Advanced Laser Treatments:
    Perform a variety of laser facial treatments (including PicoWay, Fotona, and others) with precision and safety.
  • Body Contouring:
    Execute body sculpting treatments (EmSculpt Neo), including assessment, preparation, and follow-up care.
  • RF Microneedling:
    Perform advanced treatments like Sylfirm X to address skin laxity and texture.
  • Product Expertise:
    Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products to enhance patient results.
  • Patient Management:
    Maintain meticulous digital records in Jane, ensuring professional follow-ups and long-term patient retention.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Certified Laser Technician:
    A valid certificate is mandatory.
  • Experience:
    A minimum of
    2+ years
    (preferred) of hands-on experience in a medical aesthetic or clinical setting.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Prior experience with Sylfirm X, EmSculpt, or Fotona is a significant asset.
  • Professionalism:
    Exceptional communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
  • Flexibility:
    Must be able to work at both the West Broadway and West Vancouver locations and be available for evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Sales Mindset:
    Ability to naturally convert consultations into treatments and product sales.
