Tow Truck Driver (Vancouver)

Busters towing(Aqib towing) is looking for a motivated driver to operate a 1 ton truck (self loader) with class 5 license any kind of experience would be beneficial but not necessary training will be provided. Required for a full time position with benefits after 3 months of probation, and opportunity to become owner operator.

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves safely transporting vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the operational readiness of tow equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience in commercial driving, and a commitment to safety and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles.
  • Assist customers with vehicle recovery, ensuring respectful and professional interactions.
  • Conduct routine inspections of tow truck equipment and perform basic maintenance or report repairs needed.
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with the tow truck or vehicles being serviced.
  • Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during transportation operations.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, including times, locations, and vehicle details.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and proper storage of tools and equipment after each shift.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record. class 5
  • Prior experience would be helpful but not necessary
  • Customer service skills to handle interactions professionally and courteously.
  • Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations related to commercial driving.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks as required.
  • Reliable work ethic with a focus on safety, punctuality, and professionalism. This position is essential for ensuring efficient vehicle recovery services while maintaining high standards of safety and customer care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
