Compensation: $30/hour (temp)

We are currently seeking an experienced Class 3 VAC Truck Driver for a temp-to-perm opportunity in the Lower Mainland. This role is ideal for candidates who are strong operators, comfortable with physical work, and eager to join a company that offers long-term growth and stability.

Key Details

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm (4x10 schedule available)
  • Compensation (Temp): $30/hour
  • Compensation (Full-Time): $36–$38/hour + benefits & bonuses
  • Work Type: Physical, outdoor, year-round work
  • Trips: 2–3 site-to-dump runs per day within the Lower Mainland

General Duties

  • Drive and operate a manual transmission Class 3 VAC truck
  • Operate vacuum systems to remove, clean, and transport sludge/waste
  • Perform pressure washing (2,500–4,500 PSI)
  • Work safely at heights (up to 8 ft) and in all weather conditions
  • Perform physical labour including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, bending, and standing for periods of time
  • Follow all safety protocols and participate in toolbox meetings
  • Complete job-related paperwork and communicate with site supervisors
  • Training provided for candidates who demonstrate willingness and aptitude

Requirements

  • Class 3 licence with manual transmission experience (mandatory)
  • Clean, valid driver's licence and good driving record
  • Comfort with physical work and outdoor environments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, consistent work ethic
  • Must be legally permitted to work in Canada

Compensation & Transition to Full-Time

Temp:

$30/hour through A Few Good Lads

Upon Full-Time Hire:
