We are currently seeking an experienced Class 3 VAC Truck Driver for a temp-to-perm opportunity in the Lower Mainland. This role is ideal for candidates who are strong operators, comfortable with physical work, and eager to join a company that offers long-term growth and stability.

Key Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm (4x10 schedule available)Compensation (Temp): $30/hourCompensation (Full-Time): $36–$38/hour + benefits & bonusesWork Type: Physical, outdoor, year-round workTrips: 2–3 site-to-dump runs per day within the Lower MainlandGeneral Duties
Drive and operate a manual transmission Class 3 VAC truckOperate vacuum systems to remove, clean, and transport sludge/wastePerform pressure washing (2,500–4,500 PSI)Work safely at heights (up to 8 ft) and in all weather conditionsPerform physical labour including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, bending, and standing for periods of timeFollow all safety protocols and participate in toolbox meetingsComplete job-related paperwork and communicate with site supervisorsTraining provided for candidates who demonstrate willingness and aptitudeRequirements
Class 3 licence with manual transmission experience (mandatory)Clean, valid driver's licence and good driving recordComfort with physical work and outdoor environmentsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, consistent work ethicMust be legally permitted to work in CanadaCompensation & Transition to Full-Time
