Sommaire du poste
Sous la responsabilité du chef de service de l'industrialisation et en collaboration avec les agents de méthode, le titulaire du poste participe à la préparation et l'élaboration des différents documents qualité requis pour faire approuver les procédés figés. Il assume aussi la mise à jour des documents ainsi que des éléments qui s'y relient.
Profil de compétences et qualifications requises
Diplôme d'études collégiales en Génie mécanique, OU DEP en usinage ou domaine connexe;
Expérience minimale de 5 ans dans un poste similaire;
Bilinguisme fonctionnel (communication client et lecture de normes);
Maîtrise de la suite Office;
Très bonne connaissance du dessin technique;
Bonne connaissance des techniques d'usinage;
Faire preuve de rigueur et de minutie;
Connaissance du secteur aéronautique et de la norme AS9100, un atout;
Connaissance de Net-Inspect, un atout.
Tâches et responsabilités
Créer et assembler les documents techniques requis dans Net-Inspect;
Préparer les divers rapports d'inspection ainsi que la documentation reliée à la production (RI) en collaboration avec les agents de méthode et les programmeurs;
Monter et soumettre les différentes demandes d'approbation lors du développement d'un FAI;
Être en contact avec le client lors du développement et du suivi des contrats;
Effectuer certaines tâches cléricales pour supporter l'industrialisation;
Faire le suivi des non-conformités redondantes et participer à la mise en place de plan d'action;
Participer à la formation et à l'intégration des employés nouvellement en fonction dans leur poste, au besoin;
Participer aux travaux d'amélioration continue et voir à toujours améliorer les méthodes de travail et façons de faire dans le service.
Conditions
Salaire : Entre 26,08$ à 39,12$ de l'heure, selon l'expérience et les compétences du candidat ou de la candidate retenu(e).
