Are you passionate about helping people, solving problems, and being part of a team that truly values quality and professionalism? Mayfair Glass is looking for a Customer experience specialist to join our growing team in Saskatoon

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone.
  • Help customers select the right products and services for their needs.
  • Manage parts, small quotes, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with our management and operations teams to deliver top-notch service.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and represent Mayfair Glass with professionalism.
  • Keep parts and the front organized with also keeping a full stock by watching when we need to order.
  • Amazing customer service with every customer that walks in
  • Tuesday to Friday hours 9am to 5:30 pm, Saturdays 8 am to 4 pm but get paid full 8 hour day on Saturday

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but your attitude and work ethic matter most.
  • Located in saskatoon and halve to be on site every day that is worked
