Position Overview:

The Senior Manager Events will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all event-related marketing initiatives for Boomerangfx, a software development company. This role is key to driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting revenue growth through trade shows, conferences, and industry events. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of event marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Strategy & Planning: Develop the annual event strategy, identify key trade shows and conferences, and manage the event calendar to align with business objectives.
• End-to-End Event Management: Oversee logistics, booth design, vendor relationships, and team coordination for successful event execution.
• Videography and Graphic Designing : Creating compelling content and shooting content, editing videos and promoting it
• ROI Measurement: Track event performance metrics (leads, revenue, brand awareness) and report on ROI.
• Branding & Messaging: Ensure consistent and impactful brand presence at all events, including collateral, presentations, and digital content.

What are we looking for:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Events or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in event management
• Skills: Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills
• Results-Oriented: Proven ability to drive leads, track event performance, and generate revenue through trade shows and events.
