We're Expanding to Toronto — and We're Hiring Customer Sales Representatives
Westpoint Acquisitions is growing fast across Eastern Canada, and Toronto is our next big move. We're building a team of Customer Sales Representatives to represent national brands through in-person interactions, pop-up events, brand activations and promotional stands.
As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll help connect people with products and services that genuinely make a difference. If you enjoy talking to people, hate sitting still, and want to be part of something that's actually going somewhere, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing
- Represent national brands in retail settings: As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our partners, sharing product details, promotions, and service options in a professional yet approachable way.
- Engage with customers and match them with the right solutions: Ask questions, listen actively, and help customers find plans or products that meet their needs — whether that's saving money, improving convenience, or upgrading their experience.
- Deliver exceptional service: Provide clear, accurate information, resolve questions confidently, and ensure every customer walks away with a positive impression.
- Drive campaign performance: Collaborate with fellow Customer Sales Representatives to meet daily and weekly goals, track results, and celebrate team success.
- Participate in hands-on training and coaching: Learn advanced sales techniques, communication skills, and leadership strategies through ongoing workshops and mentoring.
- Support event and campaign setup: Help design engaging displays, maintain a professional environment, and create memorable brand experiences for every visitor.
What We're Looking For
We're not hiring robots — we're looking for motivated people who:
- Enjoy face-to-face interaction and can build quick rapport with customers
- Have a positive attitude, even on the busiest days
- Are reliable, coachable, and open to learning new skills
- Can adapt quickly and think on their feet
- Are based in Markham and available to work full-time, in person
Experience in customer service, retail, or sales is an asset, but not required. We'll train the right Customer Sales Representative from the ground up.
