Job Summary

JP Home Comfort is a fast-growing HVAC company serving homeowners across the GTA and nearby Ontario cities. We're looking for experienced HVAC or home improvement Sales Representatives to join our expanding team.

We generate high-quality inbound leads daily — no cold calling required. Your role is to meet homeowners for in-home or virtual consultations, explain rebate and 0% financing programs, and close deals for heating, cooling, and water systems.

This is a commission-based field position ideal for driven individuals who are comfortable traveling across GTA and surrounding areas such as Barrie, Kitchener, Hamilton, London, Niagara Falls, and Cobourg.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contact warm leads provided daily through our marketing campaigns
  • Book and attend in-home or phone consultations
  • Present system options, government rebates, and financing programs
  • Prepare and close HVAC and water system sales professionally
  • Follow up with interested customers to finalize deals
  • Maintain notes and updates in CRM (training provided)
  • Coordinate with installation and admin teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Occasionally travel (2–3 days per week) to out-of-town leads in nearby regions

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of sales experience (HVAC, home improvement, solar, or door-to-door preferred)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven — thrives on closing deals
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (mandatory)
  • Willing to travel within GTA and nearby cities
  • Comfortable working on a commission-only structure
  • Basic product or technical knowledge of HVAC system is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: $1,500.00-$3,500.00 per week
