SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Processing for real estate secured lending for funding

Request pieces of information to ensure timely funding

Communication professional, branch partners

Clear communication & active listening to understand needs, manage expectations, and resolve issues effectively

Problem-solving & sound judgment to address operational challenges and customer concerns efficiently

Empathy, patience & emotional intelligence to deliver positive customer experiences, even in difficult situations
