Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers or tenants, ensuring each visit is engaging and informative.
  • Provide comprehensive property tours, highlighting key features and answering questions confidently to foster interest.
  • Collaborate with listing agents and property managers to schedule showings efficiently and manage availability.
  • Maintain detailed records of showings, client feedback, and follow-up actions to support sales strategies.
  • Ensure properties are presented in pristine condition, adhering to Fair Housing regulations and company standards.
  • Assist with marketing efforts by promoting listings through various channels and engaging potential clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in multiple languages or bilingually when necessary, ensuring clarity and understanding throughout the process.

Experience

  • Prior experience in real estate administrative roles or property management is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments seamlessly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and sales techniques is advantageous.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling better service to diverse client bases.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions while maintaining professionalism.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and property presentation techniques enhances your effectiveness in this role. Pay: $16.08-$20.00 per hour
