Revive Skincare, Kelowna Skin Cancer Clinic and Dr. Ben Wiese Private Skin Cancer Clinic are hiring We've recently moved into a larger location and are expanding our team. We're looking for a highly professional, detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant who can support both the aesthetic and medical/skin cancer sides of our practice while delivering a calm, elevated, private-patient experience.

Our state-of-the-art clinic uses evidence-based practices to ensure patients receive exceptional care—paired with a concierge-style level of service from the moment they arrive.

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday (4 days/week)
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• We are open Monday–Friday and closed weekends

Concierge-Level Patient Experience

This is a private clinic environment where patients expect an upscale, discreet, and seamless experience. We're seeking someone who brings a luxury hospitality mindset—polished, composed, and attentive to the smallest details.

You are someone who:

• Communicates with excellent etiquette, warmth, and confidence (in-person, phone, and email)
• Understands discretion and confidentiality as non-negotiable
• Anticipates needs, follows through consistently, and creates ease for patients
• Maintains a calm, professional presence in a busy environment
• Takes pride in immaculate clinic presentation and high standards

Key Responsibilities: Revive Skincare (Aesthetic)

• Working with pharmaceutical-grade skincare lines (strong product knowledge and willingness to learn)
• Charting/documenting accurately
• Before-and-after photography and image organization

Kelowna Skin Cancer Clinic / Dr. Ben Wiese Clinic

• Mole mapping and full-body photography
• Instrument sterilization and infection-control standards
• Cleaning, resetting, and stocking treatment rooms
• Setting up surgical trays and preparing procedure supplies
• Organizing stock and ensuring all rooms are fully supplied
• Treatment follow-up photos and documentation
• Answering phones and administrative work (referrals, bookings, patient calls, etc.)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a medical setting
• Strong administrative skills and comfort with phones, scheduling, and patient communication
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Preferred / Strong Assets

• Experience in a medspa, aesthetic clinic, dermatology practice, or similar
• EMR experience (especially MedAccess — a significant asset)
• Experience delivering high-touch service in luxury hospitality, concierge services, premium retail, or private healthcare
• Comfort supporting high-profile clientele with discretion and professionalism
