We work with clients in the oil and gas, mining, construction, coastal logging, military and defense sectors. Coverage is as diverse as offshore oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico, to coastal logging camps in B.C., to construction camps in the Alberta Oil Sands. Facilities are located within drill camps, mining camps, construction camps, pipeline camps, oil and gas installations and correctional facilities.
Job SummaryThis position is responsible for the mobilization planning, organization, strategy development, set up, training and financial reporting of new unit mobilizations as assigned by the mobilization VP. The candidate in this role is also responsible for the leadership and coaching development of individual members of the mobilization team. This job has supervisory and leadership responsibilities.

- The Senior Manager, New Business Mobilization is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the new business unit's are set up for success, with all required access and items on the mobilization checklist completed prior to day one of the opening whenever possible.
- Responsible for scheduling and organizing project meetings, and one on one's with other mobilization specialists.
- Responsible for the updating and maintaining of the mobilization team schedule.
- The Senior Manager, New Business Mobilization will work extensively with the VP on project execution, people planning and MOB team development.
- Is the primary operational on-site liaison for HSQA, ensuring compliance of all regulatory and CGC requirements prior to opening.

- Demonstrate patience, empathy and understanding while ensuring that presentations and training sessions are helpful and engaging; presentation skills and the ability to speak in front of large groups are a strong asset
