Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a growing organization in their search for an E-Commerce Marketing Lead. This is an opportunity for a strategic and data-driven digital marketing professional within a high-performing environment.

This role will be instrumental in shaping the customer journey and optimizing every stage of the online experience to increase loyalty and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated e-commerce lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, affiliate, loyalty, and review platforms.

  • Align digital marketing initiatives with broader business objectives to drive conversion and customer lifetime value.

  • Manage relationships with agencies and SaaS partners to ensure cohesive brand execution and performance alignment.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, merchandising, and digital teams to deliver high-impact, customer-focused campaigns.

  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to continuously improve ROI and engagement metrics.

  • Stay informed on emerging e-commerce trends, CRM tools, and customer experience innovations to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or performance marketing, ideally within a direct-to-consumer e-commerce organization.

  • Proven success managing campaigns that drive digital sales, customer acquisition, and retention.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic marketing actions.

  • Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills.

  • A passion for leveraging digital platforms to enhance the customer experience and accelerate online growth.
