Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Business Consultant based in Winnipeg, MB. The Business Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and identifying new opportunities to drive growth. Daily tasks include engaging with prospective clients, presenting solutions, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer support. The consultant will also work closely with the marketing and sales teams to strategize and contribute to overall business development goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and direct marketing skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with potential clients
  • Experience in customer acquisition strategies, client relationship management, and business development
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals
  • Familiarity with client platform and e-commerce strategies is an asset
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area is an advantage
