Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker / Installer to handle the full installation process for custom kitchens, vanities, and millwork. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision work, can identify and fix on-site issues, and supports shop production during slower installation periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install custom cabinets, panels, trim, and millwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and fix issues on-site (alignment, leveling, fitment, finishing, etc.).
  • Read and interpret shop drawings and ensure accurate layout and fit.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, and clients.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on-site and in the shop.
  • Perform minor modifications or repairs as needed.
  • Assist in cabinet fabrication, assembly, and finishing during off-peak installation periods.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in cabinet making and installation (custom work preferred).
  • Strong carpentry, finishing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Valid G-class driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
